Inova Congregational Health Partnership collaborates in partnerships with faith communities, non-profit
and government entities which further our mutual goals in community health and wholeness. We respect
the diverse multicultural and multi-faith partners with whom we collaborate. We honor the unique nature of
each congregation’s desired health ministry, its form of spiritual expression, and the objectives that
emerge from a community health assessment.
Just as each faith community is unique, so is each process of health ministry development and
sustenance. There are some essential broad parameters each community may want to explore. New
partners may learn from the experience of more seasoned partners. CHP is eager to provide
individualized consultation and collaboration including assistance with a congregational needs

CHP needs to collate data from the various health promotion initiatives. This data is essential to
increase the availability of resources. Faith community health ministers who provide data benefit from
affiliate partner classes.
