Congregational Health Partnership (CHP) was designed in 1999 to help faith communities build the
infrastructure and capacity to impact health and reduce health disparities in communities in Northern
Virginia. As a member of Community Affairs Division of Inova Health System, CHP shares a strong
commitment to service excellence and quality services for the faith-based community.
